Watlow in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and related accounting transactions. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

The role involves processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, performing month-end procedures, and supporting a fast-paced finance team. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports financial operations through accounts payable administration, reconciliations, general accounting activities, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
