Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing invoice queues, validating invoice dates, and following up on issues related to pending invoices.
• Resolve issues associated with aged invoices, including coordinating payment processing, requesting invoice reissuance, or managing invoice rejections when appropriate.
• Provide support in preparing reports, as well as validating and verifying documentation and relevant information required for the process.
• Contribute to the monitoring and control of administrative activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Your Contribution
