Job summary

MAHLE in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon is seeking an entry level intern for the Finance department. The role focuses on general accounting activities and providing financial support to the GL MX team to ensure quality and compliant financial information reported to HQ.

You will track accrued medical insurances, monitor amortization of advance payments, oversee accruals and expenses for professional services, and assist internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and control of accrued medical insurances (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually).
• Control of amortization of advance payments.
• Monitoring the increase of accrual and consumptions of professional services.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Develop financial data generated from GL MX team and prepare FX reports to show financial results to Controlling.
• Prepare fixed asset lease Roll forwards. NIF D-5.
• Follow up fix asset lease controls, such as monitoring the leasing expense, preventive control of asset additions and retirements etc.

YourContribution;

Responsible of perform general accounting activities; provide financial support to GL MX team to ensure the quality and compliance of the financial information that will be reported to HQ and Controlling areas.
