MAHLE, Monterrey location, seeks a Production Coordinator to lead production operations, optimize personnel, equipment and resources to meet production, quality and financial targets. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires 3–5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, automotive experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, engineers, technicians and indirect personnel.
• Automotive industry experience required with knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes.
• Knowledge of stamping and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CQI and BDA methodologies.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 awareness; ISO management systems desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and continuous improvement skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Your Contribution:

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading production operations by optimizing personnel, equipment, and manufacturing resources to achieve production, productivity, quality, and financial objectives. You will ensure a safe and healthy work environment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate production activities to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are achieved.
• Lead and develop supervisors, engineers, technicians, and indirect personnel to maximize operational performance.
• Monitor and analyze production, quality, productivity, and scrap metrics, implementing corrective actions and improvement strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, onboarding, development, and promotion activities.
• Support new product launches and coordinate all related production activities.
• Promote and enforce compliance with company policies related to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, OEA, and C-TPAT requirements.
• Other responsibilities included.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, engineers, technicians, and indirect personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive industry experience required, with strong understanding of automotive manufacturing terminology and processes (candidates with prior automotive experience within the last 6 years will be considered).
• Knowledge of stamping and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CQI and BDA methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; experience with ISO management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
• Experience supporting production performance metrics, quality initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
