Job summary

MAHLE in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage relationships with suppliers and MAHLE internal stakeholders, resolving payment issues and guiding suppliers through the MAHLE Vendor Portal. You will ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliation while supporting month-end close and internal control adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, strong English skills, and at least two years of AP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• English (Advanced Level)
• 2+ years in similar position.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in SAP is desirable.

Your Contribution:

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable relationship with Suppliers and MAHLE internal employees including resolving payment issues, support suppliers to use MAHLE Vendor Portal, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and resolving invoices in Workflow.

Your main activities will be:

• Manage relationship with supplier related to Accounts Payable.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
