Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an Accounts Receivable Intern to support accounting operations through data analysis, validation, and reporting while assisting the AR team. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements in Monterrey, MX.

The candidate should be finishing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables) and knowledge of SAP considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables; knowledge of macros is a plus.
• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, review, and interpret financial information.
• Experience participating in process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Your Contribution:

As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will be responsible for supporting accounting operations through data analysis, financial information validation, and reporting activities, while providing general support to the Accounts Receivable team.

• Verification and validation of accounting information and financial records.
• Collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data.
• Preparation and maintenance of accounting and operational reports.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including reconciliation and follow-up tasks.
