Job summary

Boldr Impact is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and related processes. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial records and adherence to company policies.

You will contribute to month-end close, vendor management in Sage X3, and accurate reporting using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in general accounting or similar role.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems; Sage X3, Bill.com, Rydoo is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable from invoice to payment and reconciliation.
• Review expenses for T&E policy compliance and accurate classification.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare reporting and analysis of company spending and budgets.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
