Breville | Sage is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accurate invoice coding, approvals, and timely payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The role requires 2–3 years of AP experience, a technical or associate degree in Accounting or related field, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate across time zones in a fast-paced environment. You will assist audits and support process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of AP processes and best practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Obtain invoice approvals from appropriate stakeholders and senior management.
• Review, code, and enter invoices into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) accurately and timely.
• Process approved invoices and payment requests within D365.
• Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer.
• Maintain accurate records of planned cash disbursements and payment schedules.
• Prepare journal entries related to cash activity and bank transactions.
• Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Perform month-end Accounts Payable reconciliations and related reporting.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation related to Accounts Payable, cash, and expense accounts.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical filing systems for AP documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned.
