Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support key media and entertainment accounts. You will manage financial aspects of contracts, track SOWs, and assist with monthly PnL reporting. The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and teamwork across CP, DM, FP&A and procurement.

You will help optimize workflows, monitor billing and COs, and participate in strategy sessions. Intermediate English and familiarity with Power BI are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management with a focus on financial outcomes.
• Ability to interpret forecasting models and financial data.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management financially, including SOW tracking and approvals.
• Track account results, assist monthly PnL reports and analyses.
• Improve workflows and prevent revenue leakage, monitor burn-downs.
• Assist in project PnL simulations and resource planning with teams.
• Provide daily support to Account Leadership and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with procurement and participate in stakeholder events.
• Contribute to Account Strategy and ADP sessions, manage issues.
