EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Account Operations Specialist to support key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio. You will deliver high-quality Account Operations service on assigned accounts, showing ownership and proactivity in process optimization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end contract management from a financial perspective, tracking, SOWs, PnL simulations, and collaboration with CP, FP&A, and DM teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of operations management.
• Ability to collaborate, manage teams, and own processes.
• Experience with forecasting models and interpreting financial data.
• Familiarity with EPAM tools, CRM or similar systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proactive and results oriented.
• Ability to handle escalations.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts end-to-end from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking, unblocking SOW/MSA, obtaining legal approvals, negotiating contracts with Legal, and contract management in the Client's system.
• Track Account business results, prepare monthly PnL reports, perform cost-benefit analyses, and collaborate with CP & FP&A on improvement plans.
• Maximize efficiency of business procedures and optimize workflow; monitor burn-down, issue COs to avoid revenue leakage, and suggest margin improvements.
• Prepare project PnL simulations for new projects during rotation or RP adjustments.
• Review and adjust Resource plans with CP, DM & BPS.
• Provide daily support to the Account Leadership Team.
• Communicate with the Customer's Procurement Teams.
• Participate in Stakeholders' meetings and Account Strategy & ADP sessions.
• Handle issues management on the Account and drive event prep (QBRs, All-Hands).

We are seeking a Senior Account Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Account Operations service on the assigned accounts. This position requires maturity in organizing operations activities, being a quick learner, taking ownership of processes, demonstrating proactivity in their realization and optimization, and possessing strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts end-to-end from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking, unblocking stuck SOW/MSA, obtaining legal approvals, negotiating contracts with Legal, revealing potential blockers and their resolution, and contract management in the Client's system
• Track Account business results, prepare monthly PnL reports, perform cost-benefit analyses, and work proactively with the CP & FP&A team on improvement plans for achieving targets
• Maximize the efficiency of business procedures and optimize workflow where needed (e.g., monitoring burn-down reports, issuing respective COs to avoid revenue leakage, providing recommendations to CP & DM to improve margin)
• Prepare project PnL simulations for new projects when rotation or RP adjustments occur
• Review and adjust Resource plans (adding/removing roles, cost forecasting) in close cooperation with CP, DM & BPS
• Provide daily support to the Account Leadership Team
• Communicate with the Customer's Procurement Teams
• Participate in Stakeholders' meetings
• Contribute to Account Strategy & ADP sessions
• Handle issues management on the Account
• Drive preparation for internal and external events (QBRs, All-Hands)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of operations management
• Ability to collaborate, manage teams, and take ownership of processes
• Background in working with forecasting models and interpreting financial data
• Familiarity with EPAM tools, specifically CRM or similar systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Capability to handle escalations
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

• Experience with PnL Tools and Power BI reports
