Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to drive the effectiveness and growth of our AWS-centric business. You will analyze sales and operational data, manage CRM systems, and oversee revenue, usage, and forecasting activities.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare financial analyses for senior leadership, and help optimize processes through automation and data-driven insights to strengthen partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry
• Minimum 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator positions
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more individuals
• Involvement in at least 5 complete project cycles or launching a product/feature
• Strong analytical skills with financial data interpretation
• Project management experience with PM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Analyze AWS sales and operational data and oversee revenue, usage, and forecasting activities
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure data consistency across reporting channels
• Identify improvements to operational processes to boost AWS ROI
• Assist in financial analyses and presentations for senior leadership
• Work with project teams to manage AWS opportunities
• Support tracking of timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Participate in partner and alliance planning, including resource distribution and risk analysis
• Detect workflow challenges and propose optimization solutions
• Implement best practices and automation to streamline processes
