EPAM Systems is seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to turn data into actionable insights and support the AWS-focused business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on CRM management, project management, process improvement, and customer engagement.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join EPAM's rapidly growing AWS team and contribute to overall business success. You will monitor and analyze sales and operations data, drive improvements, and support stakeholder

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles.
• At least 2 years leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or product launches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze AWS-related sales and operational data, including CRM management and AWS ACE pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to align internal and external reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to maximize ROI on AWS activities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Work with project teams to ensure AWS opportunities are processed efficiently.
• Support tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Participate in partner and alliance planning, including fund allocation and risk assessment.
• Detect bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
• Implement best practices and automation to enhance workflow efficiency.
