Job summary

FedEx Express México is seeking an Account Exec 1 in Chihuahua to represent the organization to current and potential customers in face-to-face interactions and the sales process. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and earning related commissions.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English (600 TOEIC), and at least two years in sales. Effective communication, planning, and negotiation skills are essential, with travel and computer literacy expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).
• Two years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell all FedEx products and services to existing customers in a defined territory with revenue responsibility.
• Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FEC customers within a defined geographic area; utilize sales tactics to gain incremental revenue.
• Develop and implement a lead generation process using FedEx resources to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
• Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule to meet required sales activities.
• Develop a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, accounts, marketplace, and competitor information.
• Handle or coordinate with station employees all customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Gather, prepare and submit all sales related reports to Sales Manager.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
