Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking an Account Exec 1 in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will sell all FedEx products to an existing customer base and to new clients within a defined geographic territory, and develop a lead generation process to drive incremental revenue.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, proficiency in English (TOEIC 600), at least two years of professional sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation

Responsibilities

• Sell all FedEx products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory with revenue generating responsibility as defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue.
• Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FedEx customers within a defined geographic area; utilize all available sales tactics to continually add new customers in a revenue band defined by FedEx management.
• Develops and implements a lead generation process which utilizes all FedEx resources to ensure a steady flow of quality leads that results in incremental revenue.
• Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities to include sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.
• Develops and maintains a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace, and industry information, competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
• Handles and/or coordinates with station employees all customer problem resolution activities and ensures timely follow-up.
• Gathers; prepares and submits all sales related reports to Sales Manager.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
