CobaltoTalent is seeking remote Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialists to serve U.S. clients from Mexico. You will process vendor bills, manage invoices, run weekly payments, and support month-end close, with English communication for clients and vendors.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, plus familiarity with 1099s and payment tools, helps you succeed in a fast-paced, remote team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP/AR, strong numeric accuracy, and documenting actions clearly.

Formación

• 2+ years in accounts payable and/or receivable.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Intermediate English for emails and calls.
• Solid Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations.
• Accurate numbers and documenting actions.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, code and enter vendor bills; match to PO/receipts.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH and checks).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies by email or phone.
• Create and send customer invoices and apply payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and assist month-end close.
