CobaltoTalent seeks Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable specialists to work 100% remotely from Mexico for U.S. clients in construction, distribution, manufacturing and professional services.

You will manage AP and AR tasks, communicate in English as needed, and support month-end processes across diverse accounts. A meticulous approach to numbers and strong Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or receivable.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience.
• Intermediate English (B1+) for vendor and customer emails and calls.
• Solid Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations.
• Accuracy with numbers and a habit of documenting what you did.

Aufgaben

• Accounts payable: Receive, code and enter vendor bills; match to purchase orders and receipts.
• Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH and checks) for approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies by email or phone.
• Collect W-9s and maintain vendor records for 1099 reporting.
