The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Entering and processing orders, loading data into SAP, communicating with clients, and preparing reports.
2. Managing customer support via email, corporate chat, and phone, ensuring courteous and professional service.
3. Collaborating with administration and logistics departments.
4. Supporting the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
5. Managing customer and product data records.
6. Preparing reports for administrative and commercial departments.
7. Managing some clients directly, including visits, preparing commercial proposals, managing assortments, and data analysis.

• Diploma or Degree.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in similar roles, preferably in industrial or service contexts, ideally within the food sector.
• Good knowledge of Office package, especially Excel and Word.
• Additional qualities include flexibility, precision, strong organizational and managerial skills, team orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, sales predisposition, and availability to work Saturdays and holidays.
