Role: Customer Service GDO
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Entering and processing orders, loading data into SAP, communicating with clients, and preparing reports.
- Managing customer support via email, corporate chat, and phone, ensuring courteous and professional service.
- Collaborating with administration and logistics departments.
- Supporting the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer and product data records.
- Preparing reports for administrative and commercial departments.
- Managing some clients directly, including visits, preparing commercial proposals, managing assortments, and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in similar roles, preferably in industrial or service contexts, ideally within the food sector.
- Good knowledge of Office package, especially Excel and Word.
- Additional qualities include flexibility, precision, strong organizational and managerial skills, team orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, sales predisposition, and availability to work Saturdays and holidays.
