Junior Digital Marketing Specialist German Speaker

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support German clients, mainly small businesses and agencies, in setting up and managing their first Google Ads campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their budgets, increase visibility, and achieve tangible results. You will collaborate closely with your onboarding team, where teamwork and shared success are emphasized.

• Guide new advertisers through the setup of their online ad campaigns
• Understand client goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, ensuring excellent service
• Recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance
• Achieve individual targets while contributing to team success

• Native-level German and good command of English (B2+)
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (or a strong passion for digital marketing)
• No prior experience required; ideal for recent graduates or entry-level candidates
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Analytical mindset and interest in digital tools (Google Ads, PPC, etc.)
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

• Permanent full-time contract
• 3 weeks of professional training on products and sales techniques
• Hybrid work model with an office at the World Trade Center in Barcelona
