A leading payment solutions provider in Milan is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales initiatives. You will own the entire sales cycle, engaging with medium to large web shops primarily through outbound strategies. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience, excellent communication skills in Italian, and a data-driven mindset. Experience in payments or e-commerce platforms is a plus. This position offers generous perks including health insurance and equity plans.

- 2-5 years of experience in full cycle sales (account executive type position).
- Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Prestashop, Magento, and Shopify is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Responsible for outbounding to prospective merchants in Italy.
- Own a deal pipeline of new prospects.
- Collaborate with onboarding to coordinate customer integration.
