Job Description:
Objectives:
- Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
- Act as Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
- Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
- Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
- Define sales strategies for the company's products.
- Gather information for sale contracts.
- Coordinate with technical team to offer suitable solutions.
- Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
- Negotiate sales terms with management approval.
- Manage customer rates and records.
- Issue material samples and test requests.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure contracts and sales volumes are followed.
- Identify and manage customer and financial risks.
- Act as interface between customers and internal teams.
- Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
- Report on sales activities and customer interactions.

- Experienced in plastics industry and injection moulding with successful account management.
