Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing the strategy for the TLP category (Technical Lifestyle Products : strollers and highchairs) at a local level, focusing on trade marketing activations, fairs, and events to increase brand and product awareness.
• Ensure consistent communication of the brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, activities, and new product launches.
• Coordinate visual merchandising activities in stores, including improving existing exhibitions with Point-Of-Sales materials or creating new ones.
• Support the organization of events, webinars, and communication with retailers, providing necessary materials and resources.
• Set standards for events and fairs (B2B & B2C) regarding brand appearance and messaging, supporting the local sales team during execution.
• Visit retailers’ stores occasionally to strengthen partnerships, ensure exceptional product displays, and define communication activities to promote the brand and support sales.
• Assist with document preparation and translation of factsheets and brochures.
• Update guidelines and toolbox for sales representatives.
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility.

Qualifications :

• Student or graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or similar.
• Native Italian speaker with fluent verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to travel up to 15% within Italy.
