Assistant Product and Trade Marketing - Italy (m / f / d)

Area of responsibilities :

• Implement the strategy for the TLP category (Technical Lifestyle Products: strollers and highchairs) within the regional marketing team, focusing on trade marketing activations, fairs, and events to increase brand and product awareness.
• Ensure consistent communication of the brand message across all marketing materials, campaigns, activities, and new product launches.
• Coordinate visual merchandising activities in stores, enhancing in-store displays with existing POS materials or creating new ones.
• Support the category by organizing events, webinars, and communication with retailers, providing necessary materials and resources.
• Set standards for events and fairs (B2B & B2C) regarding brand appearance and messaging, assisting the sales team with execution.
• Visit retailers’ stores occasionally to strengthen partnerships, ensure excellent product displays, and develop promotional activities to boost sales.
• Assist with preparing documents and translating factsheets and brochures.
• Update guidelines and toolboxes for sales representatives.
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
• Maintain flexibility to handle additional tasks as needed based on business requirements.

Your profile of qualification :

• Student or recent graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Native Italian speaker with fluent verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to travel up to a certain percentage within Italy.
