Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Milano is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding service at the Milan front desk. You will manage check-ins/outs, PBX communications, and guest inquiries with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes accurate room inventory control and seamless coordination with all hotel departments. Ideal candidates have a college degree or in progress, fluency in Italian and English, and a professional appearance, with the ability to multitask

Competenze

• A College Degree or in the process of receiving one.
• Possess a good command of the Italian & English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of computers.

Mansioni

• Process all guest check-in according to established hotel requirements.
• Input and access guest data in Opera and related systems.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain complete knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and inventory to manage reservations effectively.
• Coordinate room assignments and monitor sell-out days.
• Promote positive guest relations and assist guests with special requests.
