Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Naples, FL, seeks a guest-focused server for Sunset Bar. You will provide expert knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, fluent English, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. You will upsell, process checks, and uphold Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years serving luxury hotel/restaurant.
English fluency required.
Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create a dining experience by maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and preparation methods.
Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the POS; confirm orders with guests.
Deliver and clear guest food; assist with needs during service.
Upsell on higher priced wine and food items to hit department goals.
Close guest checks accurately and process payments.
Provide fast, courteous service while following alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards.
Follow health and safety regulations and daily side work.
Greet guests promptly with eye contact and a smile.
