Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding of guest preferences.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude; comfortable standing long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and drinks.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy; anticipate needs and suggest options.
• Deliver and clear guest food; assist with guest needs during service.
• Upsell on wine and food items to achieve department sales goals.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Adhere to alcohol laws and Four Seasons service standards.
