Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida seeks a professional server for Sunset Bar to deliver exemplary service with deep menu knowledge, wine and cocktails expertise, and warm guest interaction.

Formación

• 2+ years of serving experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Proficiency with Micros POS system preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
• Guest-focused mindset and understanding of guest preferences.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
• Outgoing, confident personality with a can-do attitude.
• Position requires standing for 8+ hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in English and work authorization for the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Upsell higher-priced wine and food items to meet department sales goals.
• Accurately close guest checks and process payments.
• Follow health, safety, and Four Seasons standards in service sequences.
• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with a smile.

This position is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs in Sunset Bar by providing expert knowledge of food menu items, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. What is Sunset Bar:

Legendary among Naples' beach bars, Sunset Bar is the golden‑hour gathering spot where guests and locals come together to mingle as the sky transforms. Tropical cocktails and Latin‑inspired bites - from fresh ceviche to coastal tacos - set the perfect mood for the nightly sunset ritual. More on the casual side, the bar features relaxed outdoor seating and often hosts live music, making it an easygoing, breezy place to unwind by the water.

What You Will Do:

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and information about menu items and preparation methods.


• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sale system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions.


• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.


• Upsell patrons on higher priced wine and food items to achieve the sales goals of the department.


• Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.


• Provide quick and efficient service, while following state and city alcohol laws and adhering to Four Seasons standards of service and sequence of service.


• Follow all health and safety regulations, restaurant standards, and daily side work.


• Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of serving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel and/or high-end restaurant environment.


• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills are required.


• Guest-focused mentality and understanding the importance of guest's preferences.


• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.


• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.


• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.


• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
