Vertiv Group Corporation in Italy is seeking a Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power to join our service team in Catania, Sicily. You will be responsible for startup, maintenance, and emergency repairs of Vertiv UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment.

The role requires field service experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a valid driving license. The anticipated salary range is 32,449 to 40,561 euros gross per year, with potential benefits and a

Competenze

Technical diploma in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent.
Experience in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment is essential.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous field service experience is essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to plan, organise and manage time under pressure.
Valid driving license.

Mansioni

Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer’s site.
Testing of system parameters, troubleshooting and repair of malfunctions.
Documentation and timely completion of assignments.
Usage of all necessary tools within Vertiv policies.
Emergency standby within the region.
