Vertiv in Milan is seeking a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across Italy and the broader EMEA region. You will drive operational excellence, coach engineers and ensure exceptional service delivery.

You will manage resources, set KPIs, ensure safety compliance and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics to optimize

• Formal Engineering qualification in a related field.
