Job summary

Vertiv in Milan is seeking a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across Italy and the broader EMEA region. You will drive operational excellence, coach engineers and ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Identify training needs and support the development of technical and soft skills within the team.
