A leading power solutions provider in Italy is seeking a Customer Engineer for UPS/AC Power systems. You will be responsible for maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of UPS and battery systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate holds a Technical Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and has experience in AC Power equipment service. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. This role requires a clean driving licence and offers a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment.
• Clean valid driving licence.

We are looking for a Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power to join our team in Catania, Sicily, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site.
• Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions.
• Documentation and realization of assignments on time and on target.
• Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies.
• Emergency standby within the region.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous field service experience essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑starter, ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• Clean valid driving licence.
