Job summary

Leidos in Aviano, Italy, is seeking a PART TIME TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) to support TRICARE beneficiaries and active-duty families. This role emphasizes beneficiary education, enrollment processing, and responsive service under the Defense Health Agency program.

You will work 20 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 10 AM–2 PM), perform enrollment updates, PCM changes, education and claims assistance, and data entry, while upholding HIPAA, confidentiality, and security training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR;
• Associate's degree in a related field PLUS 4 years of health-related experience OR
• Major certification in a related field PLUS 4 years of health-related experience OR
• High school diploma PLUS 8 years of health-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify Benefits & Enrollment: Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow MTF guidelines to make PCM updates.
• Education & Customer Service: Guide on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims, in person or by phone.
• Claims Assistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support.
• Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for events like in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
• Data Management: Record daily activities and OHI info in systems.
• Assess & Escalate Issues: Refer or escalate complex issues for proper resolution.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: HIPAA compliance and training.
