Leidos seeks a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative in Aviano, Italy to support military families through beneficiary education and enrollment in the TRICARE Overseas Program under the DHA. The role offers pathways to develop healthcare operations skills and contribute to a mission that matters.

Responsibilities include processing enrollments, PCM changes, claims support, and delivering benefits guidance both in person and over the phone.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an Associate’s degree with 4 years health-related experience OR major certification with 4 years health-related experience OR high school diploma with 8 years health-related experience.
U.S. Citizenship
SOFA/Command‑Sponsored status (as a dependent of an Active‑Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor supporting the DoD)
Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit
Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non‑Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
3+ years of customer service experience

Mansioni

Verify Benefits & Enrollment using DOES and MHS Genesis.
PCM changes: update per MTF guidelines.
Education & Customer Service: guidance on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
Claims assistance: provide basic status updates.
Conduct briefings for events like in/out processing, maternity, pre‑separation/retirement.
Data management: record daily activities and OHI info.
Assess & escalate issues for proper resolution.
Compliance & confidentiality: HIPAA, PHI; complete required training.
Collaborate & support: remote help, train new team members.
