Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) Floater based in Vicenza, Italy, to support active-duty service members and families across multiple sites. This role requires travel up to 75% and strong customer service skills to educate and enroll beneficiaries in the TRICARE program.

You will process enrollments, transfers, and PCM updates, advise on TRICARE resources and claims, and help maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with remote teammates.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willing and able to travel 25-75% of the time
• Education qualifications as listed (degrees/certs) in related fields

Mansioni

• Travel 25-75% of the time for coverage across multiple sites
• Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers via DOES and MHS Genesis
• Follow MTF PCM guidelines to update PCM changes
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims
• Provide basic claims status updates and support
• Lead informational sessions for events and briefings
• Record daily activities and OHI information in systems
• Assess, escalate, and refer complex issues as needed
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and complete required trainings
• Collaborate with remote support and train new team members
