Leidos is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) for future openings in Sigonella, Italy. The role supports TRICARE overseas program beneficiaries with education, enrollment, and claims assistance.

Responsibilities include enrollment processing, PCM updates, beneficiary education, and data management, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. U.S. citizenship and required clearances apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent health-related experience as listed in qualifications.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• SOFA/Command-Sponsored status and required clearances may be needed.

Mansioni

• Verify Benefits & Enrollment: process enrollments and transfers via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• PCM changes: follow MTF guidelines for updates.
• Education & Customer Service: guide beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
