Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of specialized experience
• Major certification with 4 years of specialized experience
• High school diploma with 8 years of specialized experience

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and enrollment using DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Make PCM updates per MTF guidelines.
• Provide TRICARE education and customer service to beneficiaries.
• Assist with basic claims status.
• Conduct briefings for events and processing.
• Data entry of daily activities and OHI information.
• Escalate complex issues for proper resolution.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; complete required training.
• Support remote work and train new team members.
