Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Waiter/Waitress in Rome to provide attentive service in the hotel restaurant and banqueting areas. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a superior guest experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

The ideal candidate has hospitality/F&B training, strong English skills, and a sales‑oriented mindset to upsell offerings and enhance guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.

Competenze

• Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B is required.
• Experience in hotel/food & beverage environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests according to company standards.
• Maintain contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Know menu items and daily specials; communicate with the kitchen.
• Ensure tables and meeting rooms are set up and cleaned as required.
• Process payments using the POS system and handle cash/ cards.
