Experimental Roma, opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, seeks a Head Waiter to join the opening team. Under the Restaurant Manager, you will organize service areas, guide guests through the menu, and ensure a flawless dining experience in a glamorous setting.

You should have proven Head Waiter experience, a polished appearance, strong organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Italian and English communication is required, with Micros knowledge a plus.

• Managing assigned section: replenishing bread/beverages and keeping tables tidy.
• Performing end-of-service tasks: cleaning and preparing for next service.
• Maintaining cleanliness, maintenance and functionality of all areas.
• Following aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, setup).
