You will collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to recipes, portions, and health standards.

Fluency in the local language plus English is valuable; experience in hospitality helps. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in a dynamic luxury environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or vocational training on hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
• Fluency in local language is a must and knowledge of English is highly valuable.

Mansioni

• Assist kitchen supervisors and team members with food preparation tasks.
• Perform cleaning, washing and preparation duties in the kitchen.
• Prepare and preserve ingredients according to recipes or menu.
• Check appliance and food temperatures.
• Collaborate in preparation and presentation of high quality dishes.
• Monitor quantity of food prepared and portions served.
• Maintain FIFO knowledge in operations.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist cooks during peak activity.
