Grand Circle Corporation invites applications for a Program Services Manager (Tour Guide Manager) based in Italy. The role focuses on recruiting, training and coaching Tour Guides, and maintaining high service standards across tours.

You will lead training sessions, build hiring plans, and provide ongoing support to guides while traveling with the tours. The position offers a competitive 38K yearly gross salary, incentives and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values.
• Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all product needs.
• Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road.
• Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides.
• Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence.
• Conduct live coaching via phone, Teams, and in person.
• Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance.
• Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements.
• Address underperformance when necessary.
• Engage with travelers during tours.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides.
• Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office.
• Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans.
• Deliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership.
