Louis Vuitton in Italy is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to support payroll administration, office management, and HR data collection within the LV Trading Italia department.

You will assist the HR Manager with staffing, organize inductions, coordinate local training, and maintain file updates to ensure compliance with company policies.

This role requires a Master’s in HR, 3+ years in manufacturing HR, strong English and cross‑functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree required, preferably in HR/organisation management.
• +3 years of experience as HR within a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office pack, HR tools & softwares).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional & cross-cultures teams.

Mansioni

• Support payroll administration activities to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing.
• Provide support for general facility and HR administrative services.
• Assist the HR Manager in staffing requirements for new open positions or replacements.
• Organise induction for new employees and monitor probation periods.
• Coordinate with training and development function to deliver programs locally.
• Contribute to all relevant file & database updates and reporting to track HR activity and compliance.
