Confidential Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic HR professional for its Pinerolo, Italy plant. The role covers local HR operations and international HR initiatives to boost employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

You will handle payroll, benefits, recruitment onboarding, and compliance while supporting union relations. Fluent English and knowledge of Italian labor law are required, with 2+ years in manufacturing HR.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and Italian labor law.
• Experience supporting training administration and compliance activities.

Mansioni

• Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.
• Assist HR Manager with union relations activities, including reports, meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, and follow-up on local agreements.
• Maintain a positive employee relations climate through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive HR experience.
• Ensure local implementation of global HR policies and act as the local contact for global HR projects and system changes.
• Coordinate communication, change management, and adoption of HR programs and digital tools.
• Provide feedback to global HR teams regarding local requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a key contact for payroll, benefits, and personnel administration; support monthly payroll activities and data validation.
• Administer employee benefits, welfare programs, pension schemes, and insurance; coordinate with external payroll providers.
• Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in line with legal and audit requirements; support recruitment administration and onboarding.
• Manage administrative activities for government funding, grants, and reimbursements; liaise with authorities and training institutions.
• Maintain training records and HR databases; support training planning, delivery, and audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and foster a learning culture.
