Louis Vuitton Italy is offering an HR Generalist Intern position to join the HR team for a six-month curriculum-driven learning path. The intern will support HR Business Partners on Italian store networks and gain exposure to recruitment, communications, training, and HR administration.

Ideal candidates have a humanities/economics background, some HR internship experience, and fluency in English and Italian. A proactive, organized, and digitally savvy mindset is highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in humanities/economics
• Previous internship experience in HR would be appreciated
• Fluent English and Italian
• Passion for HR and strong interest in Retail
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Systems and digital savvy
• Ability to work independently, with strong team spirit as well
• Problem solving and “can-do” attitude
• Proactive and innovative mindset with space to take initiatives

Mansioni

• Talent Acquisition: manage recruitment processes for Client Advisors and head office interns and follow up on development
• Internal Communication: manage internal HR communications and develop new initiatives
• Training: assist in organizing trainings and developing in-house programs
• HR Administration: draft contracts and ensure HR systems are up to date
• Transversal projects: support HR initiatives across topics and events
