Ingersoll Rand in Lombardy, Italy, seeks a proactive HR Generalist to support multi-site operations, including Opera and acquired businesses. You will partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant, high‑performing HR services.

This role offers broad exposure to HR across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and organizational change within a growing manufacturing group. Fluent English required; Italian locale preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in international settings.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle and HR disciplines.
• Knowledge of employment laws, policies, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Fluent English (B2-C1) for international collaboration.

Mansioni

• Act as primary HR contact for assigned employee populations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee changes: promotions, salary adjustments, transfers.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems and payroll data.
• Guide managers on policies, relations, attendance, and practices.
• Support HR programs, performance cycles, and workforce planning.
• Contribute to acquisitions integration and HR process improvements.
