Sungrow Europe cerca un HR Operations Specialist per collegare strategia HR ai team italiani, assicurando conformità legale e pratiche HR su misura per l'Italia.

Gestirà payroll/relazioni di lavoro italiane, onboarding, sviluppo, HRIS locali e supporto a compensazione e performance. Laurea in HR/Law/Psychology, 4-5 anni in ambiente internazionale, fluente ITA/EN.

Competenze

• Laurea in HR, Diritto, Psicologia o campo correlato.
• 4-5 anni di esperienza HR in contesto internazionale.
• Esperienza comprovata in payroll italiano e relazioni di lavoro.
• Fluente italiano (C2) e inglese (C1).
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Proattività ed empatia per problem solving.

• Collabora con i responsabili per sviluppare ed attuare strategie HR per l'Italia.
• Assicura conformità a normative del lavoro italiane e aggiornamenti.
• Favorisce relazioni con i dipendenti e una comunicazione efficace.

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals within the Italian market.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local employment practices.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster strong employee relations, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context.
• Manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes.
• Design and deliver targeted employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational design for the Italian region.

Your profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
• Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required
• Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
