Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel. Missions: As a Telephone Operator Intern, you will support the Front Office team in ensuring smooth and efficient communication throughout the hotel. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in luxury hospitality while developing guest service, communication, and administrative skills. You will play an important role in creating a positive first impression for guests by handling calls and requests with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.

Profile:The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about hospitality. As a Telephone Operator Intern, you will assist in managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing communications to the appropriate departments, taking messages, and providing guests with information about hotel facilities and services.

Working closely with the Front Office team, you will gain exposure to daily hotel operations and learn how to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will also support internal communication between departments, assist with email correspondence, maintain accurate records, and become familiar with hotel communication systems and procedures.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality student or recent graduate looking to develop strong guest relations, communication, and organizational skills within a prestigious luxury hotel setting.
