Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel. Located mere steps from the famous Piazzetta, it will comprise a newly built pool deck, a spa and a high-fashion boutique. Starting from the 2026 season Hotel La Palma has partnered with Casa Tua to create a distinctive collection of dining experiences. Missions: The Junior Guest Relations Agent contributes to creating memorable and highly personalized experiences that reflect the unique spirit and service philosophy of the hotel. Acting as a dedicated point of contact throughout the guest journey, the role supports the anticipation of guest needs, fosters meaningful relationships, and helps transform every stay into a distinctive and memorable experience.

Working closely with operational departments, the Junior Guest Relations Agent contributes to delivering seamless service, ensuring that every interaction is handled with warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

With a naturally engaging personality and strong emotional intelligence, the Junior Guest Relations Agent strives to understand each guest's preferences and expectations, contributing to a stay that feels personalized, effortless, and memorable.
