Missions:The Junior Telephone Operator supports the Front Office team in ensuring efficient and professional communication throughout the hotel. Acting as one of the primary points of contact for guests and colleagues, the role contributes to delivering exceptional service by ensuring that all communications are handled with courtesy, accuracy, discretion, and genuine hospitality.
