Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa seeks a Field Service Professional based in Italy to repair, service and install Brady equipment at customer sites across the country. You will work with the dispatcher to plan field interventions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical background, fluent Italian and strong English, and a willingness to travel. Knowledge of Arduino, 3D printing, and THT printing systems is advantageous.

Competenze

• Educational background related to the job.
• Fluent Italian and good English; French/Spanish a plus.
• Interest in technology (Arduino, 3D printing) and experience with THT printing systems is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Perform on-site repairs, servicing and installations, plus training as needed.
• Assist solutions or repair teams from the office on day-to-day activities.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan field interventions efficiently with the dispatcher and travel 3–4 days a week.

The goal of the team is to give instant and adequate assistance to customers, distributors and Brady personnel regarding technical issues. The team is also responsible for after sales support and repair on the Brady hardware and software systems keeping customer satisfaction in mind. The field technical service professional is responsible for repairing, servicing and installing Brady equipment at the customers. The goal is to work as efficiently as possible by optimizing the field days by being with the customer.ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for all onsite technical support activities such as repairs, service,installations, training, problem-solving, ...When you are in the office, you assist the solutions or repair team with their day-to-dayactivitiesYou ensure the follow-up towards the customers.
