Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa is seeking a Field Technical Service Professional based in Bologna, Italy, with travel across Italy. You will repair, service and install Brady equipment at customers and support the team in the office.

A focus on customer satisfaction, problem-solving and efficient field planning is essential. The role requires fluent Italian and good English, with willingness to travel 3–4 days a week across Italy.

Competenze

Educational background related to the job.
Fluent Italian and good English; French/Spanish a plus.
Interest in technology (Arduino, 3D printing) and experience with THT printing systems is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and find appropriate solutions.
Strong sense of priority and able to organize work time efficiently.

Mansioni

Provide onsite technical support: repairs, service, installations, training, problem-solving.
Assist solutions/repair team from the office with day-to-day activities.
Ensure follow-up with customers; involve sales rep if conflicts arise.
Plan field interventions efficiently with dispatcher.
Use administrative tools and procedures in daily work.
Contact suppliers regarding technical issues or product improvements.
Identify sales or service leads during customer interactions.
Understand and apply Q&E objectives and policy in daily work.
