Brady Europe, Middle-East & Africa is seeking a Field Technical Service Professional based in Italy (Bologna/Milano area) to repair, service, and install Brady equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes efficient field days, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with dispatch and sales teams.

Travel across Italy is required 3–4 days a week. The ideal candidate has a technical background, fluency in Italian and good English, and a strong interest in technology such as Arduino and 3D

Competenze

• Educational background related to the job.
• Fluent Italian and good English; French and Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
• Interest in technology (Arduino, 3D printing) and experience with THT printing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
• Teamwork and customer relations orientation.

Mansioni

• You are responsible for all onsite technical support activities such as repairs, service, installations, training, problem-solving.
• When in the office, you assist the solutions or repair team with day-to-day activities.
• You ensure follow-up with customers and involve sales if a conflict arises to ensure satisfaction.
• You organize and plan field interventions efficiently with the dispatcher.
• You work with the administrative tools and procedures in place.
• You contact suppliers regarding technical issues or product improvements to benefit customers.
• During customer contact, you identify sales or service leads.
• Understand and implement Q&E objectives and policy in day-to-day work.
